Prior to joining DryPort, Mike was a director with Stonelake Capital Partners, a Texas-based real estate private equity firm that developed and acquired over $3.0 billion of commercial real estate. He led acquisitions, development, leasing, asset management, capital markets, and disposition of +/- 6 million feet of industrial warehouses across the United States.

Mike acquired individual buildings ranging from $2mm - $50mm, as well as multi-market portfolios up to $150mm. Mike’s most recent development was a 200,000-sf Class A cross dock building, known as Stonelake West 10, in Katy, TX.

Prior to founding DryPort, Dave was a project manager at SOFEC, a worldwide industrial engineering and construction company. Dave executed projects ranging from $28m - $400m regarding the contractual obligation and scope of work within a variety of projects. He also has experience with heavy industrial, infrastructure, and environmental projects as well as US Army Corps of Engineers government funded and private-sector clients.

Dave’s father is an over-the-road trucker, and his father-in-law is a local trucker in the greater Houston area. He knows the struggles truckers face everyday, and he knows exactly what truckers need in a class a parking site.

Mighty Equities is a first-generation family office with a passion to back entrepreneurs and continue to build meaningful businesses. Manish Patel was co-founder of Nutrabolt, one of the worlds largest sports nutrition businesses and capital co-founder of Arrive Logistics, a fast-growing freight brokerage firm.

With real estate as a core pursuit of the office, the family looks to invest in projects where they can add more value than simply capital. Mighty Equities has known about the truck parking problem for many years from the shippers side with Nutrabolt, and through Arrive Logistics managing over 4,000 loads per day for shippers and carriers.
